This plugin provides the ability for players to purchase, extend rent and upgrade their houses within Minecraft! If you are looking for a remake of the Houses system previously found in TitanMC, or simply a plot based housing system, this plugin is for you


The plugin can be used in many different types of gamemodes including Prison, SkyBlock, GTA and Survival.

NOTE: THIS PLUGIN ONLY WORKS ON VERSIONS 1.8 - 1.2.2 (You will need slightly different schematics if you are using 1.8, which can be found on the discord).
PLEASE USE VERSION 1.12.2 AND VERSION 3 OF HOUSES

• Allow players to purchase (for a configurable amount) a House on a Plot
• Allow players to upgrade (for a configurable amount) their house (a new schematic will be pasted)
• When a house is upgraded, Items that are in chests in that plot are transfered to the new upgraded house
• Players have the ability to lock their houses (Their houses will stay locked even if they are offline!)
• Players have the ability to trust players to their house
• Players have a 'basement' where they are able to build
• Works out the box, however very configurable
• Comes with 6 different (progressively better) houses that are 26x26 schematics
