This plugin provides the ability for players to purchase, extend rent and upgrade their houses within Minecraft! If you are looking for a remake of the Houses system previously found in TitanMC, or simply a plot based housing system, this plugin is for you


The plugin can be used in many different types of gamemodes including Prison, SkyBlock, GTA and Survival.

*Looking for a Cell-Plot System? Similar to SSundes recent Prison Videos? Message me and I'll give you the addon needed for free (this plugin is still required)

NOTE: Although the core functionallity of this plugin will work on Minecraft builds from 1.7 - 1.11, the schematics provided are built with 1.12 blocks (although you could remove these blocks if you wish). 1.12 is the only official build that I support.

• Allow players to purchase (for a configurable amount) a House on a Plot
• Allow players to upgrade (for a configurable amount) their house (a new schematic will be pasted)
• When a house is upgraded, Items that are in chests in that plot are transfered to the new upgraded house
• Players have the ability to lock their houses (Their houses will stay locked even if they are offline!)
• Players have the ability to trust players to their house
• Players have a 'basement' where they are able to build
• Works out the box, however very configurable
• Comes with 6 different (progressively better) houses that are 26x26 schematics

The default version of the plugin, with no modifications to the schematics or configuration, is running on PlanetMine.org (Prison Server)

I suggest giving players the permission node:
house.player.* - this will give them access to all default commands.

The full installation guide can be found here - This guide covers how to create the housing world (and other options such as having the first schematic pasted in each of the plots), how to implement custom schematics etc.

PlotSquared (which requires Multiverse or Multiworld) and either Vault, TokenEnchant or TokenManager are dependencies. WorldEdit is also required (FastAsyncWorldEdit highly suggested)

The brief explanation of the installation can be found here:

1. Download Houses, PlotSquared,Multiverse, Vault and/or TokenManager as well as World Edit.
2. Place these jars within your 'plugins' directory
3. Run the server to produce the files
4. Create the world using the command '/mv create houses normal -g PlotSquared:s=26,g=5,m=3' - Command may differ slightly if using MultiWorld

This will create an empty plot world, refer to the GitHub installation guide on information on how to populate plots with the first schematic and how to change the roads.

If you want players to be able to create shops on the signs at their houses, players need to be able to use (right-click) these signs. To do this, locate the "worlds.yml" file located in "PlotSquared\config\worlds.yml", find the housing world and where it says 'flags: []' replace it for:

That will allow players to right click on other peoples signs.



Many options, such as house prices, renting options and so on can all be configured in the 'config.yml' file. To change the messages, navigate to the directory \plugins\houses\locale\ and modifiy the en-US.yml.

Various placeholders can also be used (Currently, only PlaceHolderAPI is supported)
