We are experiencing problems verifying game ownership due to an outage in xbox live services, this might cause some users to not being able launch the game.

The problem is being investigated.

Update: The issues have apparently been mostly resolved.

The game ownership issues has been resolved and the services has recovered.

We know there are issues with realms being rolled back due to missing backups, it is being worked on.

Sounds like you should mostly be able to play the game again, although realms may not quite work yet.
