We co-op kicked someone who spent gems on this profile, and his dad says he's going to get involved. What should we do?

So recently me, my friend and his brother recently coop kicked another friend in the same coop. He had spent IRL money on skyblock gems on this profile, and now that he got kicked, he lost everything. He put my friend (the one still in the coop) into a 320m coin debt, and has to pay it back within a month. We don't know what will happen if the debt isn't payed, and his dad's getting involved since the dad is mad about spending IRL money only to have it all gone. So that gives me 2 questins...
