Uh... Bank Upgrades

Well, the time has come... I need to upgrade my bank to 250mil capacity with near full coop bank and personal I gotta either buy some new stuff or upgrade the bank. Apparently, I need to donate 10mil worth of items to the museum (in the mountain) sooooo... what do I donate that's worth 10mil, and should I upgrade the bank or no?
