tags, used to collect photos to one page

I would like to suggest that tags can be used to collect photos.

If you click a tag "Waterfall" it will show all images of waterfalls. etc...
Click a tag of "Car" get car photos

I don't know if this has been suggested before. Did not show up on a quick search
