[*]How it would contribute towards the betterment of the community: This is a server setup for a Survival Minecraft on 1.13.2, not many of the setups on Black Spigot are that new so I believe having one would accommodate more users. On top of that, this setup incorporates many plugins that are uniquely setup and expand the ideas of other users.
