I would like to point out two of the annoying things you've done:

• Not following the post format for requesting a plugin.
• Not doing a quick search before posting a plugin request.

Seriously, its not hard. Use common sense once in a while.

With that being said, the plugin you are looking for is available: Factions UUID
If you only used the search function, this would have saved both of us the trouble. -.-
