I feel like this will probably deal with most of the day's posts;
Yes we have seen; Two/three spawners close together A floating torch A torch holding up gravel/sand Four or more tall cactus/sugarcane Lava underwater A really tall birch tree Ancient debris that high up/exposed A shipwreck in the sky
Yes, Strongholds can spawn without an end portal.
It's a ruined portal, been in the game since 1.16, and no it's not unusual to see them underwater.

I like your build. If you tried your hardest, you should be proud of it. Don't compare it to other people's, everyone improves with practice.
No, if you buy Minecraft on <console> you don't get it for free on PC too.

If you're playing a single player world, it's up to you if it's cheating. You play how you want to play.
If you're playing on a server with others, it's cheating if someone gets an advantage over others because of something, but if you all agree to something it's not cheating.
There's no point you trying to get 500fps when you're running on a 60hz screen.
