It is all too often that I go to ride a minecart in the dwarven mines and realize that I have just emptied my purse and cannot afford the ride.
Two possible solutions to the problem would be these:
1-Paying for a minecart journey would take missing coins from the bank.
2-After a certain amount of minecart rides, the ticket master NPC would offer to sell you a pass which would be a talisman that would allow you to ride the railway for free.
