Odger is bugged right now where you need to give him a skeletonfish and flyfish. He will repeat the dialog over and over even if you did catch them. You can't open the trophy fish menu with this. However, it only happens if you are Barbarian clan. I switched to mage and Odger let me open the menu.
If you see this after catching both of these fish switch to mage.
