Multi-parameter ranking

I want users to be able to upload new media (their own creations) and it will be tested by musicians.
There will be many parameters for the test.
Any idea how to do this? My basic idea is to use the xenforo media plugin, but if not, maybe there is some multi-parameter rating plugin for the forum system itself, and the clients will upload media attached to the threads.
