I believe there may be a bug with the crystal hallows Jade crystal commission, let me explain my situation
around 3 weeks ago I got hotm 3 and I went to the crystal hollows. One of the first things I did was try and open the crystal nucleus, so I did some of the crystals. when I had gotten the other crystals I ad them as a commission and they worked fine. But I had done the Jade crystal without it being a commission, and when I finished it, the nucules said I never picked up the crystal...
