RESOLVED Mineplex crack help

Hello. So today I tried to do a mineplex localhost. I followed the instructions (I won't share them because they have been removed everywhere) and as I try to join the server, I get the following error:

Error retrieving information from the web, please retry in a minute.

I think it has to do with the mineplex hub plugin and the webserver setting. This is what I have it as:
webServer: http://localhost/account/
It is also in my htdocs as account --> PlayerAccount --> https://gyazo.com/7b81e702a1ae591cc317f5c7e6a94050
I also copied and pasted the .htaccess file from the previous directory to PlayerAccount as an attempt at troubleshooting. Any ideas?

Seems to me like the crack wasn't explained well enough. That, or you didn't follow the instructions correctly. The server also seems to be failing at realizing that you are an actual player.
Depending on the server config and each individual plugin config, I would like you to make sure (if the option is available) that 'online mode=true' and that all plugins are using legacy playerdata settings.

Does the server contain any UUID-stored mySQL databases? Seems so. Make sure you configure that correctly during a localhost (127.0.0.1) session. Also, why is your port "60173?" Unless you're using Bungeecord, you should set your port to "25565" in server.properties to make it easier. After all, it's localhost.
