It's the most efficient Minecraft server anti cheat out there that's still reliable and doesn't pick up too many false positives. Many of the people who resort to Blackspigot can't afford to purchase these plugins themselves, so it makes sense that they're not going to have a top of the line machine. This AC should run fine with <4 GB memory.
