Lib's Disguises 1.14 & 1.15

Below are both 1.15 and 1.14 builds for LibsDisguises.

Both act as pre-activated plugins. No need for placing a premium JAR in the plugin's data folder.

- Update Alerts are turned off by default. (This only applies if it is a new install)
- Metrics are disabled
