KB being weird again?

Recently, as of a few days ago, it seems like many are back to taking little to no KB. Anyone else notice this? Haven't noticed this is any other games like Skywars. KB is normal there. Has Hypixel really updated duels BACK to the KB after the update months ago? I myself get pretty good ping, about 16-20. It has remained unchanged.
