OPEN Is it possible to purchase a rankup with a giftcard?

As the title says, is it possible to purchase rankup with a giftcard? I have no way of being able to buy it with a -Redacted-. I really wish to get all the perks of being an Ultimate though!.

I don't think you can... you can only use Paypal or visa to pay for the ranks

but you can always suggest stuff!
