AWAITING RESPOND How to ad amazon affiliate banner in Xenforo 1.5.22

I could not make it work. This is the ad script:

Please don't give any link of tutorials on this because I have visited almost all the links and did what they said (though no detailed instructions I found) but nothing worked because I believe I have not done it properly. I installed 'Siropu Ad Manager 1.16.1 which I have downloaded from here. Installation is successful but I could not make it work because I could not find a detailed instruction on how to make it work with Amazon affiliate banner ad. I know that I am doing something wrong, but I couldn't get any help. Hope someone here would guide me to get it work.
