(REQUEST) Help needed with Xenforo 2 and Marketplace

Hi
I'm sorting a website out for Rust both FREE and Paid plugins.
The ones for free are fine they can download no issues.
the Paid ones are a nightmare as when i click to purchase one i just get an error.
is there anybody out there that can help me or point me in the right direction
