FurfSky Reborn Texture Pack not working

This is kind of a solution and another question to my previous post. It turns out the texture pack is kind of working - It has retextured things, but everything is just the retextured versions of the vanilla items, it hasn't actually changed anything, like my AOTE just looks like a diamond sword with a different texture. So now I know what is actually going on, but I still don't know how to fix it. Any suggestions?
