Furfsky Reborn not working properly.

When using a custom modpack including skytils, sba, dsm and patcher, the furfsky custom items appear fine in my hotbar. But when I hold the items out they are the normal textures, in this case prism 16x. However when I use a client such as lunar or badlion, it works perfectly fine. I tried uninstalling patcher but that didn't work. I will attach a screenshot.
