Fixing the Glacite Tunnels

I think a lot of people have the sentiment that the Glacite Tunnels seems half-baked at best. A lot of content is "Coming Soon" and the content that we did get is a bit flimsy. I've written a 24-page document that dives into why the Glacite Tunnels is as mediocre as it is and implements new features, items, and balancing changes to make it a more potent update.
