"Fix" Goldor Leggings

So I don't even know if this is intentional or not but the only difference between goldor leggings and wither leggings is 10 more int which is a joke. I don't know why some tanks use goldor leggings since they are not worth using at and necron/storm/maxor would be 10x better and more efficient. And I know its the only wither set with HP and defense gemstone slots but it still doesn't help at all and its not like necron doesn't have slots either.
