E-daters and misfits scattered all over housing

Hey this is my first post and I haven't really played hypixel for a long time since my last account was lost due to the mojang migration thing.
I just wanted to know what's with all the weirdos on housing and why is every "social" housing filled with a bunch of weird people e-dating and most of them turn out to be 12~ and such

It may be only me but I keep encountering weird & disgusting people on housing like isn't there a rule against e-dating and such things or am I being a bit tipsy...
