You can download After Effect 2018 here (Not official Adobe link since it has been taken down by them, maybe the file can be verified by an admin ?)

You can either download the crack file here

Tutorial:

- Start the "Set-up.exe"
- Follow all the instructions
- Create an account for a 7 days free test
- Once you're done installing After Effect close it
- Close all Adobe related program and stop Adobe from starting on boot (In the task manager)
- Place the crack in this location "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effect CC 2018" or the location you set yourself during the setup
- Enjoy cracked After Effect ^^
