So i downloaded it, downloaded Skript, put the sk files in scripts , put schematics in worldedit .. Still doesn't work. What do i do now?

So i downloaded it, downloaded Skript, put the sk files in scripts , put schematics in worldedit .. Still doesn't work. What do i do now? supposedly you have to download a plugin called repuska and you need a key but how to get this key. HELP MEEEE! :v
