• Added "Barrack-Level-1-Commands" -" Barrack-Level-5-Commands" to "Executable-Commands "option group. You can add them commands by checking their barrack status.
  

• Fixed an issue causing "time is over, no one won" even a team has higher score.
• Added 2 options. (Run-Command-On-War-Start-As-Player and Run-Command-On-War-End-As-Player) You can use them for disabling featherboard or something. (/fb off and /fb on)
