Overview

Introducing QualityOfLife: a suite of innovative yet simple features that enhance player experience. Sometimes its the smaller things that count the most!

QualityOfLife aims to bring to your server a wide variety of unique features that will differentiate it from other servers and provide players with a much improved gameplay experience.

Freedom of choice is an important factor with this plugin, which is why each feature can be toggled on and off in the config.

All features are designed to be incredibly lightweight and impact negligibly on your server's load.

QualityOfLife will continue to grow with ideas from both the developer and the people!

Features
Arrow Pickup

• Players can finally pick up arrows shot by Skeletons
• Arrows will no longer stay stuck to blocks
• Arrows shot by Wither Skeletons and any other entity are also included
• Indirectly help to reduce lag (on a minute scale) by reducing the number of entities stored in the server's memory

Blood

• A simple yet attractive blood effect that triggers when any entity damages another entity
• Blood particles are appropriately positioned depending on the size of the entity
• Attractive eye candy

Boiling Cauldrons

• A captivating "bubbling" particle effect for cauldrons with water when placed on top of fire
• Bubbling height increases/deceases depending on water level in cauldron
• Attractive eye candy
  
• Makes cauldrons more interesting

Door Knock

• Knock on doors with a realistic sound effect
• Simply hit a door to knock on it
• Works with both doors and trapdoors
• Different sound effect for wood and metal doors
• Perfect for in-game communities, societies, factions etc.

Snow Layer Remover

• Break snow layers one layer at a time
• Very beneficial for sculptors and designers

Installation

Note: Java 8 is required to run this plugin!
