FREE CONFIG [HQ] Custom NCP Configuration & Fork 5.9.5

• Added 1.13 support to ncp. This is still a work in progress so expect updates with just .jar updates for a bit.
• Combat should be just a bit smoother now.
• Shulker box patch added to ncp's .jar file.

After nearly 3 years, We've reached 100 updates!

• Improved combat notifications across most combat checks.
• Smoothened elytra experience.
• Updated CSFix to support 1.13 (Update .jar).
• Fixes 'Bad block id' "error" on start-up for users with 1.7/1/8 servers (Update CSfix .jar/config).
• Updated Schematica support pastebin link/info.

Ignore the incorrect version number above, should be 4.4.2 instead of 4.2.2.
