GalacticStandardLibrary [GSL] is the culmination of a decade of plugins, completely rewritten for newer updates. GSL takes all the plugins known in the Civ genre of servers and combines them into one plugin.

Civ is a server type based around political roleplay. Build nations, test ideologies, and make friends and enemies. Think if towny allowed you to break protected blocks, or if factions was more civilized.

Features:

1. Block Reinforcement: Blocks can be reinforced to a group (namelayer) that allows players within that group to interact with those blocks, while other players cannot. Players are able to actually break blocks after mining them a certain amount of times. The amount of times you need to mine a block to break it is determined by the item the block was reinforced with.
2. Bastions: Blocks cannot be placed by foreigners (based on the namelayer) in regions with bastions. Bastions prevent block placement by foreigners to protect cities and builds. But if the Bastion is destroyed, players can place whatever they want.
3. Crops take IRL time to grow. Instead of having to wait in a chunk for crops to grow, crops grow based on the biomes they are planted in and how long ago they were planted.
4. OneTimeTeleport teleports players to friends, so they don't have to travel across a 10k map to get to their friends.
5. Namelayer allows for tons of customization to allow for structured governments and orginizations. Set up ranks, permissions, and more for controlling who is able to do what in your region.
6. Global and private chat: Players are able to change which channel they wish to talk in, whether it be global for everyone to see, or for just those in a namelayer to see.
7. OreDiscovery: Prevent XRayers with ore discovery: Ores randomly spawn while mining, meaning you can't have an xrayer find all the diamonds in the map.
8. Factories: Factories help efficiently produce items, at the cost of charcoal.
9. Snitches: Report if a player came near your settlement with snitches. Snitches log the activity of players within an area, so you can figure out who griefed your house.
10. Prison Pearls: Teach those who broke your laws whose in charge. Imprison players by killing them with an ender pearl in your hotbar. The player will be sent to a prison you create, so they must work for you or log off.
11. CombatLogging: There is no need to fear combat loggers, as if you log off while in combat, you will instantly be killed. Choose your battles wisely.
12. Trading booths: Trade resources for other resources, even when you're not online!
13. Fully configurable. Tons of config options means you can change any value you want, and future proof the plugin.
14. Tons of support for custom plugins: If you need a plugin to support GSL, let me know and I'll see if I can add support for it.

Commands:

1. /r - Reinforce blocks with the item you are holding
2. /g - Change the channel that you are talking in
3. /gamma - Gives fullbright to players, so cheaters don't have an advantage.
4. /nlcg - Create a namelayer group through commands.
5. /nl - Access to all namelayer commands.
6. /nations - Advertise your nation's namelayer here.
7. /nlad - Set the ad for your nation
8. /nlmerge - Merge two namelayers
9. /nldisband - Disband your namelayer.
10. /nlinvite - Invite a player to your namelayer.
11. /nlremove - Remove a player from your namelayer.
12. /nlaccept - Accept the invite for the namelayer.
13. /ott - One time Teleport to a friend.
14. /tb - open trading booths to trade resources.
