Brief Overview:

Cartel is an advanced drug plugin that can be used in a factions or Towny environment. The plugin includes 3 drugs with unique items and growth entities. All (work in progress) features are configurable. Cartel incorporates it's own drug dealers. Note: All payments are processed manually and may take up to 48 hours to be completed.

Drug Overview:
Currently within cartel there are 4 supported drug types; Weed (Plant: Cannabis), Heroin (Plant: Opium), and Cocaine (Plant: Coca). To take a processed drug, simply shift and right-click with a drug in your hand. Growth of the drugs is very simple, they act like ordinary plants and require tilled dirt beneath them supplied by a water source. Drug growth times are random between a maximum and minimum point similar to default Minecraft plants. Please note that this plugin does not replace existing entities in the game.
All of the above does not apply to Crystal Meth; Meth is produced by first fermenting Sugar, this is achieved by right clicking a filled cauldron with said sugar, after a period of time yeast will pop out of the cauldron. To continue the process of producing meth you must obtain Mineral Dust, this is obtained by mining ores and is dropped randomly. right clicking with mineral dust and yeast will allow you to create a compound in the cauldron, the compound can be extracted by right clicking with shift and using a bottle. The compound will appear in your inventory, drinking it will result in death, smelting it will result in the production of meth crystals. this can be sold at a dealer like other drugs. All drugs are taken by Shift + Right-Clicking the item in a players hand

Drug Plants:
Cannabis:
Cannabis has a slightly shorter growth time as it does not implement the Purity system and can be sold at any Cook Level.

Opium:

Opium has the highest growth time due to it's high purity requirement and high price. It cannot be sold to the Drug Dealer at any purity below 0 meaning the drug level will have to be increased before viable for selling.

Coca:

Coca has a standard growth time. It cannot be sold to the Drug Dealer at any purity below 0 meaning the drug level will have to be increased before viable for selling.

Drug Effects:
Weed: Current effects for weed include; smoke particles around a player's head, Luck, Slowness, and Extreme Hunger. You cannot overdose on Weed.
Cocaine: Current effects for cocaine include; Increased speed, random nausea, and planned custom effects. Taking 3 Cocaine items will result in an overdose (death).
Heroin: Current effects for heroine include: Slowness (Inability to move), speed, and nausea. Taking 2 heroin will activate an out-of-body experience (Requires Citizens). Taking 3 Heroin will result in an overdose (death).
Meth: Current effects for Meth include: nausea, speed, satiation, and wither. Taking 3 Meth Crystals will result in an overdose (death). The same can be said for consuming the compound mixture used to produce Meth.
Commands:
/cartel help - Not yet implemented. (planned GUI)
/cartel <i|info|s|stats> - Displays current drug info (Currently only displays a player's cook level).
/cartel getdrugs - Lists drug/plant types.
/cartel getdrugs <name> <amount> - Gives the player specified amount of specified drug.
/cartel purgeplants - Purges all stored drug locations in drugLocations.yml
/cartel reload - Reloads the Config.yml
/cartel dealer - Opens personal dealer GUI
/cartel dealer <name> - Opens dealer GUI for specified player. (console executable)
/trait dealer (Citizens executed command) Allows for creation of Dealer NPC's

Permissions:
cartel.* - Access to all commands.
cartel.dealer - Access to open Drug Dealer GUI's
cartel.help - Access to view stats and help screen.
cartel.purgeplants - Ability to purge plant data.
cartel.reload - Ability to reload.
cartel.reload - Ability to reload config.yml

Drug processing:

Drug processing is very simple, you simply smelt the unprocessed drug plant in a standard furnace. If the drug type supports purity values, take the drug from the furnace will define it's purity based on the user's Cook Level. All processed drugs can be take, however only drugs with a purity above 0% can be sold.
