Outposts are always going capture points that give the controlling faction rewards! Players teleport to the outpost, then stand in a "Capture Zone" to capture it. The "Capture Percent" indicates the percent captured of the outpost. Once at 100% it will be captured. Once captured, the controlling faction receives configurable rewards. The way to uncap the outpost is quite simple too. The opposing faction(s) must get the cap percent down to 0% by standing in the zone. You cannot uncap the outpost while the controlling faction is in the zone too, so you must defeat them. The "Status" indicates the, well, status, of the outpost. There are 9 Status'. You can view them down below.

Here are a few things you might want to know about the plugin...

You must have MassiveCraft Factions or Factions UUID or Kingdoms+

You can use featherboard with this plugin. The scoreboard will not interfere with the featherboard. When you are in the outpost world, the scoreboard will show, but when your not, it will not interfere with any OTHER scoreboard.

Updates may have changed configs. To help with that, here are the configs. They will be updated after each update. I will also note in update notes which configs were altered.

It Most Likely will work with PaperSpigot its just not supported
(in fact i use PaperSpigot 1.7.10 for 1.7 testing)


If you want the source code, you will have to pay extra for it :p. Mainly cause I dont want everybody going around with the source and not purchasing the plugin (Source getting leaked and such) Just PM me and we can talk about the source.

You wont get support from me if you are having trouble with setup and you have not watched the tutorial. WATCH THE VIDEO! ITS THERE FOR A REASON!

The configs are pretty easy to do, I left some comments to help you out :)

IF YOU ARE CHANGING THE OUTPOSTS NAME:
Change the name in the list in the config.yml
You Will ALSO have to change the path in EVERY OTHER config. Including scoreboards.yml outposts.yml rewards.yml guardians.yml config.yml
However, if you forget to do this, the plugin will auto-gen the missing paths!

The setup of outposts is fairly easy, it just takes a little time.
I HIGHLY Suggest watching the video, its more in depth and informative.
But heres the simplified version:
- Create world that matches the world set in the config
- Make an outpost map you like
- use /outpost setspawn <outpostname> 1 to set the regular spawn
- use same command as above except put "2" to set the controlling spawn
- use /outpost wand to obtain the wand
- right-click the first pos and left-click the second
- then use /outpost set <outpostname> to set the cap zone
- next use /outpost setmob <outpostname> <1, 2, or 3> to set the guardian locations
- then use /outpost setboss <outpostname> to set the Guardian Boss location
- IF YOU PLAN OF USING SAME WORLD/MAIN WORLD OUTPOSTS
--- Get the outpost wand
--- Select 2 locations using the wand (this area should be relatively big)
--- Use /outpost setarea <outpost>

- Config the configs to your liking!


To Setup SELL SIGNS:
These signs work similar to essentials sell signs. Only the controlling faction of the outpost can use them. Heres how you create one:

This API is HUGE and I highly recommend watching the API Tutorial Video.
Ill give you the basics here though.


To access the API put this line in your class

private OutpostAPI api = AceOutposts.getInstance().getApi();

Then just type "api." to get the methods

To get an outpost do this:

Outpost o = api.getOutpostByName(<name>);

From there you can change its Status, Cap Percent, Factions, Locations and Everything.

Again, Watch the API video to see the whole api...or just investigate yourself!
