Let's assume they are cata 19+ (so they can use f6 50/50 zk cp) cuz I can't find anyone with a cp in f5.
zk cp 222 def 47 str 9 speed
fragged sa cp 250 hp 110 def 30 str 25 cd 8 speed
ignore speed cuz almost no difference
zk cp gives +112 def (+10 def with ~lv80 leg bb yeti too and +3 def later) so +125 def and -250 hp
Assume their hp:def ratio is 5:3 (won't really happen unless they have 69/420 fairy souls as sa set lack def) correct me if wrong
1 def = ~1.67 hp
