You don't have an antichat. A lot of your players are playing with +150 ms. You can do a lot of thing about that issues but you do nothing. Maybe you love money, or maybe im just stupid. You has the most players in Minecraft. I know a lot of people be tired of and stop playing in Hypixel because of that hackers. They are everywhere. And you chose baning normal players.
