XenForo default templates output

I wonder if anyone knows where the default templates are being stored before installing the application.
I see in Install\Data\MySQL but there was nothing creating inside xf_template table.
I know that templates after installing the app is stored directly in Database and then the application is fetching the templates and show to the visitor.
