Why is my fps so low?

I am a pretty high end pc but I am only getting 200 to 260 fps in bedwars lobby with shaders. I am using lunar with lazy chuck loading off and default Minecraft video settings (except brightness and gui scale). Shouldn’t I get more fps with this kind of pc. I also have a 240hz monitor

PC Specs:

Intel 11th Gen i7 11700F

RTX 3080

32 GB of ram (4.5 GB allocated)
