Why am I specifically lagging on hypixel

Like every server works fine for me except hypixel.

"It could be your ping"
I played on Lunar Network in the NA proxy and encountered 0 lag

"Your wifi is probably bad"
I played servers that are in NA and had 0 lag

this is weird ngl
