What is Limbo?

I'm going to try to find out what Limbo really is in this thread, and gather some evidence on why it isn't just a normal world, and maybe Hypixel is hiding more lore to this. These are theories of mine, and I have no clue whatsoever, maybe I'm missing out on stuff, or I copied someone else's theory. If that was the case, sorry.
