Just recently - maybe the last week or two - we have started getting the above.
You hit WARN on a post, then select a warning from the list. The form stays empty and this error pops up.
I haven't been able to work out how it eventually works. You sort of try a few times on different posts until it finally works for the post you want it to.
Driving us a bit insane.
