Okay either Bountiful is wayyyy better than Blessed or I'm missing something major here.

Let's just talk about Mythic rarity tools here, because at this level of micro-optimization that's all we really need.

To switch from Blessed to Bountiful, you lose 6 Farming Wisdom and 10 Farming Fortune.
Most hoes/axes have their own inbuilt wisdom, Cultivating exists, and god pots exist, so losing 6 farming wisdom is unlikely to be even noticeable.
