I'm unable to download the plugin "
AdvancedEnchantments 
Create Custom Enchants 7.15.6
"
It simply says "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."
I also haven't met my daily limit, as I'm able to download other plugins. The download button on other plugins show themselves in red in a way that shows they can be downloaded, however this plugin is in grey. I've also had this issue, downloaded two different plugins, and it still occours. It's also not just the latest version, but previous versions also.
