Every Ultimate resource I download and put on my server, all of my plugins on the server get disabled. When I remove the resource everything is fine, I've tried this with 2 resources already.

No, I downloaded 2 different plugins, put them on my server and they caused many plugins to fail, like LuckPerms and Essentials. When I removed them the server worked fine.

There is no email system at all, owners wont set one up for some reason. I recommend contacting an Admin or one of the owners about it since mods can't do much about it.pessiuff said:
