Timings Error. please help me!

I had config my server based on this guild
and now i can not paste timings.
I can enable timming by ussing

/timings on

but when i type

/timings paste

console respond this:

Were you able to use timings (timings paste, to be specific) before making changes?
And which changes did you specifically do?

Yes, I can do timings and timings paste before making these changes.
I was change every value as Suggested values in that guild.
does Launch flags is the problem? i had change it too. i got an backup of run.bat file.

I think this can cause timings error too:
network-compression-threshold
Default: 256
Suggested (standalone server): 512
Suggested (behind local Waterfall/BungeeCord): -1
