The coop system is horrible

I have multiple coop members that have been offline for weeks, but why do I still need them on to be able to add people to the coop. My friends have all been on vacation except one, but even then its been a week since he last got on. WHY HYPIXEL. I just want to add a new friend to the coop but I can't since nobody can get offline.
