T4 Rev healing himself

I was trying to do t4 rev trade with my friend in crystal hollow but for some reason the rev is taking no damage me and my friend deal damage together but somehow he is healing himself and taking like 0 damage. What could be the reason? and can we do rev trades with t4 or is it only possible with t5?
