Switching from archer to tank!.. Need tips.

I have full maxed necron, 56m, maxed juju, and lvl 100 wither skele. (With shelmet.)

And I'm testing out tank.. Although I don't know where to begin.
Any tips?
(Armor, Weapons. Pet sorted out.)
