Show thread views to mobile users

I noticed that my site looks very different to mobile users.

I would like the mobile users to see how many times a thread has been viewed.

Currently it looks like this (default XenForo):

Here's what the desktop users see:

Is there a way to make the view count visible for the mobile users? Perhaps under the "Answers".
