Should I start playing pit?

I've quit skyblock for like 2 months and started playing other games like Genshin and Crab game. I'm feeling burnt out with Genshin and the new event is being time-gated and waiting for Ganyu... So should I play Pit? I'm Presitge 1 rn and not sure if the new updates make it fun or not?

Also, would it be recommended to use any mods for Pit or should I just use Lunar client?
