Revival of GvGs

[Gonzly]

Problem;
1. Player count isn't what it used to be
2. Too many guilds splitting up player count
3. No GvGs

Solution;
1. Agree on top 3 active mega walls guilds (Through forums and the main mw discord)
2. Other guild owners disband out of acceptance
3. Import the migrants from the disbanded guilds into the number 2. & 3. guilds to balance with the 1. guild with the most amount of active players (the crime rate will inevitably go up but its for the greater good)
4. Boom, 3 guilds...
